AugmentHR is proud to partner with Odyssey Teams to deliver this program to organizations throughout Canada. You will become a part of a growing movement to connect your team to the “WHY” of their work, each other, and the world. This HR team building program will have your team thinking and feeling deeply while they build prosthetic hands that will be donated around the world. Through virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, over 70,000 prosthetic hands have been funded, built, and donated to recipients in more than 90 countries.

More Than Just a Teambuilding Program

Employee engagement drives productivity and business results. Helping Hands is our philanthropic employee engagement and team building program. It is a 3-hour session, led by an experienced HR professional that marries team, engagement and social responsibility in a fun and unforgettable experience!

In groups of 3, participants will build a prosthetic hand that will be sent to one of 60 countries and given to an amputee in need. We connect their experience to the bigger picture of the department or the organization – the feedback from this program is incredible.

SolarBuddy is a simple way for purpose driven organizations to make a difference while also increasing employee engagement. This 2-hour team building session, led by an experienced HR professional, empowers employees through a creative hands-on experience, delivers excellent ROI to employers and reinforces a culture of giving back. 

During this teambuilding session each participant will build a renewable energy-powered light that will be gifted to a child living in energy poverty to help them to study after dusk and improve their education outcomes.

In The Big Picture / Team Mosaic, teams collaborate and communicate to create an interconnected multi-tile piece of art reflecting the “big picture” of your team’s vision and values.  

The need for teams to be united and working towards a common goal has never been more critical. Through expert facilitation, participants engage in an artistic project and discussions that bring organizational goals, values, and behaviours to life. The Team Mosaic is a reminder that every piece counts.

Enhance Communication and Collaboration

In The Big Picture, teams collaborate and communicate to create an interconnected multi-tile piece of art reflecting your team’s vision and values. Everyone knows that, from time to time, it is important to step back and look at the Big Picture, particularly when looking at an organization and how its people operate and communicate internally. 

In this creative teambuilding activity, the importance of teamwork, cooperation and communication is reinforced through the process of painting an artistic creation of truly epic proportions.
