Norm is a bilingual (English & French) senior executive with more than 40 years of experience in banking and consulting in the banking sector. He supports AugmentHR as an Associate Consultant and is President of NoCo Consulting, his own HR consulting practice.

 

Norm has extensive leadership development experience as an executive coach and certified SuccessFinder practitioner with a subspecialty in workplace investigations and mediation. He support executives at all levels in their respective organizations by offering them labour relations support, as well as coaching and psychometric expertise throughout their talent management cycle (succession planning, professional development, etc.).
