She also coaches executives on their most difficult HR challenges and advises on human resource issues.

Recent consulting projects include the sale of a Canadian women-led company to a global multinational, human resources strategy and culture development, and advising on collective agreement negotiations. Fiona is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Haltech Regional Innovation Centre.

Prior to founding Fiona Mitchell Coaching and Consulting in 2018, Fiona was a key member of executive leadership teams as Vice President Human Resources. She helped shepherd ACE Bakery through a period of rapid growth and ownership/leadership changes by spearheading all human resources activities. At Ernst & Young, she led a team of HR consultants and advised client executives on all aspects of HR.
