She works with organizations to identify where their people practices, HR infrastructure, and leadership capabilities need to evolve alongside the business, connecting them with practical, senior-level HR expertise without the need to build additional internal overhead.

At AugmentHR, Sarah partners with business owners and senior leaders across a range of needs, from strengthening HR foundations and navigating periods of growth or organizational change to compensation, compliance, leadership development, performance management, and broader people strategy. Her focus is on understanding the business first, then helping determine the right level of support and expertise to move it forward.



Throughout her career, Sarah has built and led sales teams, developed strategic partnerships, supported North American expansion, and helped organizations solve complex talent and people challenges.
