Renza Vissa is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience serving international and national corporations, non-profits, indigenous communities and family-owned businesses. Renza has experience in a variety of industries: retail, wholesale, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, technology, Indigenous governing councils, and non-profits, and working with all levels.
Throughout her career, Renza has led major HR initiatives to improve organizational structures, elevate talent management and development, implement effective performance management programs, and develop and facilitate training programs (competencies, compliance), career coaching initiatives and harassment investigations as an HR leader and HR consultant.
