Joseph Cuccinello
Joseph Cuccinello is a U.S.-based HR consultant who helps organizations solve complex workforce challenges and build the systems behind their people decisions. He advises on employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, compensation and market analysis, hiring and retention, policy development, compliance, and HR process design. His work can begin with a founder planning the first hire or with leaders managing a large, highly regulated workforce. Joseph holds an MBA; his B.S. in Life Sciences is from Penn State.
Joseph brings senior HR and operational experience across healthcare, construction, financial services, casino and resort operations, and technology-driven workplaces. He led HR for nearly 2,000 employees at Global Medical Response, including work on compensation, recruiting, onboarding, and retention. At Caesars Entertainment, he supported approximately 3,000 employees across three 24/7 Las Vegas Strip properties. He also developed HR systems, policies, and workflows during Fontainebleau Las Vegas’s critical post-opening period.
At Amazon’s Wellness Center, Joseph built tools that made case documentation more consistent and injury, leave, and follow-up information easier to act on. The tools helped reduce legal risk and safety complaints while giving managers and safety specialists clearer priorities and more time with associates.

Joseph’s consulting approach begins with the client’s vision and stage of growth.
